YOTRIO INTERNATIONAL LLC

Originally founded and introduced in 1996 by Yong Jiang China of Linhai, Yotrio product lines featuring extruded aluminum, alumicast, cast aluminum, all weather wicker and steel patio furniture are distributed and worldwide. Sales Headquarters are located in Orinda, Ca., with the product design and marketing office in Toronto, Canada. Operational facilities include four production facilities, one steel production and one plastic components and woven in China with over 12,000 employees.

The customer service/warranty and replacement warehouse for North America is located in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada.

Aleks Mirkovich appointed Chief Creative Officer

In his capacity as the head of creative strategy, Aleks will have overall responsibility for the Company's product design direction as well as introducing 5 new brands including Greystone Garden, Decoria, Zarden, Malibu Beach and Deckside.

Mirkovich said, "This venture is a really unique opportunity to leverage my previous multi disciplined communications experience to build a new model that integra es trend, product design and brand into one source and use creativity to transform our products, brands and customer experiences. This will allow us to create truly unique and focused programs for each of our customers.”

Before joining Yotrio Int. in 2006, Aleks was the principal and creative director for DNA Brand Design, a full-service marketing communications company responsible for advertising, direct marketing, interactive, packaging design, retail marketing services, and sales promotion.

Aleks has driven successful brand solutions for outstanding companies such as Bayer, Conair Consumer Products, Bond Manufacturing, Borden & Elliott (BLG) and Mark Cullen to name a few.
